Making Strong Brands Stronger
Mark Seiden was such a big fan of Keller Williams that he followed the Keller Williams models years before joining.
A highly successful independent broker with 20 years’ experience as one of Westchester County’s top agents, he said it was only a matter of time before he would transition his business over to Keller Williams. When he did, he got so much more than the systems and models.
“The camaraderie and culture at Keller Williams are amazing,” said Amy Seiden, transaction coordinator/marketing manager. “We were so impressed with KW Cares. The fact that agents make contributions to other agents in need is truly unique to Keller Williams.”
“There is such a positive attitude at the market centers. You always feel good when you leave – like when you leave Disneyland. I always walkout feeling great.”
Mark says that having more access to training and the power of a well-respected brand have helped boost his business. “As a small independent, even though I was one of the top-producing agents in my market, I was still challenged trying to recruit great agents,” Seiden said. Now, with the brand lift of Keller Williams, he is excited to recruit top talent and luxury clients. Best of all, while he benefits from being affiliated with a strong brand, he loves that the company focus remains on the agent. “Keller Williams is the most agent-centric company there is,” he notes. “Everything is about the agent, the agent, the agent.”
Because Mark was such a successful independent broker, people took notice when he joined Keller Williams. He said the move has only strengthened his business. “I told them that Keller Williams has a culture that really puts the agents first,” he said. “There was no downside to joining because Keller Williams takes strong brands and makes them even stronger,” Amy added.
